My Offer

Developed the Home page and Pricing page for My Offer, focusing on a user-centric design that enhances engagement and conversions, while reinforcing the brand’s value proposition as a leading e-commerce negotiation tool.

Description

The My Offer app empowers customers to take control of their shopping experience through real-time e-commerce negotiations, driving demand, price, and timing.

My role was to design a Home page and Pricing page that would effectively communicate the app’s value proposition, drive conversions, and create a seamless user experience.

I began by conducting interviews with the founder to address inconsistencies in brand presentation across the website and social media platforms. To tighten the brand identity, I defined primary and secondary colours, fonts, and helped the founder articulate the unique selling proposition (USP) and brand goals, including the vision and mission.

With a clarified brand identity, I developed two primary user personas and a user information architecture. The Home page wireframe was designed with high-conversion copywriting to engage the target audience by directly addressing their desires and pain points. For the Pricing page, I implemented a dynamic pricing calculator, allowing users to explore potential earnings with the app, reinforcing its appeal and value.
