Collaborated with PetVantage to design a high-conversion website that aligns with their brand values and appeals to pet owners across Australia.
Description
The project’s goal was to create a high-converting website that effectively communicates the brand’s value proposition while resonating with pet owners.
PetVantage is an Australian membership program offering exclusive discounts at pet stores, alongside automatic entry into weekly giveaways, aiming to alleviate the financial burden of pet ownership.
I began by conducting audience research and developing buyer personas to understand the needs and desires of the target market. Using these insights, I created a wireframe that featured high-conversion copywriting, designed to attract pet owners by emphasising the savings and rewards PetVantage offers. The wireframe was approved by the client, but after delivering the first version of the high-fidelity design, the stakeholders requested a refinement of the brand identity.
After a deep dive into the brand’s goals and values, I redesigned the second iteration of the website with a more masculine, modern, and energetic feel. This updated design was spot on in capturing the brand's essence and was approved by stakeholders. The website is set to launch soon, and I’ve proposed conducting usability testing in the next quarter to gather user feedback and refine the design further if needed.
